Hosted by an 8 year super-host with a passion for creating fantastic guest experiences. Fully stocked kitchen with high-end cookware, knives, and the unexpected: crockpot, immersion blender, and more for the discerning cook! Full coffee bar, and assorted teas. Beautifully appointed outdoor lounge spaces, twinkle lights, and fire-pit for relaxation.
There is a separate apartment downstairs. Seperate entry through the back. Very quiet/low-key and easy going. Understands and agrees to the nature of vacation rental and is not bothered. You are unlikely to have contact. Is often away.

Summary: I had such a lovely time at this charming house. Not only is it beautifully decorated, it has such good energy and is centrally located and the directions / code were easy. Although there is a strict no party policy, I had a very small get together with my family and a few friends to celebrate graduating with my masters degree and Alicia was extremely accommodating and supportive of this. The patio was absolutely perfect. We were respectful and cleaned up and honestly, I would totally stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.
